Project Management

As part of the specification process we may agree a phased implementation. Each phase will have a tangible set of deliverables, and we agree acceptance criteria with you. This helps you to be sure that the end result will meet your needs. The project plan also defines clear communication paths and change control procedures to ensure that accountability is maintained. If appropriate we can provide the project management for a project that is contracted to a third party.

Tools

We develop software using C++, Visual Basic (including application edition), Perl and a range of Databases. All source code is kept in a source control database for revision control purposes.
