Support

The smooth day to day operation of your business systems is essential if your business operations are not to be disrupted. We work in partnership with you, forming a team that takes responsibility for your IT infrastructure. We work towards a standard configuration for your systems and provide monitoring and management together with regular visits to keep on top of issues.

Inclusive Fees

We agree a fee with you to support and maintain your IT infrastructure. This is normally based on a simple calculation based on the number of computers you have. We then support you. We do not charge extra for on-site visists, remote support or any other support function. Project work to develop or extend your systems may incur an additional cost, but the support of your existing infratrusture is fully covered.

Please note that we do not currently provide hardware maintenance, but we will liase with warranty or maintenance providers to ensure that any required work is undertaken. We will not make an extra charge for co-ordinating thsi process, but the other party may charge you.

Remote Support

In addition to visiting your premises we are able to support your computers remotely from our offices. This means that we can often fix problems within minutes. Your staff are more productive and less stressed.

Monitoring

We can monitor your systems for signs of trouble to catch issues before serious problems develop. This also allows us to check what software is loaded on each computer, and the specification of your computers. For customers with mulitple locations this enables us to help you track your IT assets.

Outsourced IT

The costs of keeping your IT skills and knowledge up to date are continually rising. What was considered 'state of the art' a short time ago is now insufficient for elementary needs. We can provide a fully or partially outsourced IT Function to allow you to concentrate on running your business. Our investment in our own infrastructure and skills base can then be used to your advantage. For example we have our own Data Centre, and a commitment to track the latest technology from leading vendors.
